Dr. Angela Passarelli is an Associate Professor of Management at the College of Charleston, SC, and Director of Research at the Institute of Coaching, McLean/Harvard Medical School. She also serves as a research fellow with the Coaching Research Lab at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Her research focuses on how workplace relationships support learning, particularly in the context of leader development. She draws on neuroscience and psychophysiology to explore the implicit dynamics of these relationships. Her research has been supported by grants from the NIH/NIGMS, Harnisch Foundation, and Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her work has been published in both academic and practitioner outlets such as the Leadership Quarterly, Social Neuroscience, Organizational Research Methods, and the Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice and Research.
